As part of a fast-paced 24/7 operation, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to deliver a totally satisfying member experience by ensuring members are heard, understood, and given the immediate attention they deserve. To empower you in this crucial role, we provide comprehensive training, equipping you with the knowledge needed to deliver legendary service.

Benefits & perks
- Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
- Bilingual Fluency: earn an additional $1.00/hour for English/Spanish fluency (assessment provided)
- Location Requirement: Must reside within the State of Ohio
- Remote Training Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 10:00am-10:00pm Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 10:00am-8:00pm. When a Saturday shift is scheduled, a weekday off will be provided. During Bullpen (on-the-job training), Saturday shifts between 10:00am-8:00pm will include taking live calls.
- Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training): Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week). Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 10:00am-10:30pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 10:00am-8:15pm. One weekday off will be provided each week.
