Responsible for ensuring that technology initiatives deliver measurable business value through effective user adoption. This role focuses on the human side of change, helping organizations transition smoothly to new tools, processes, and ways of working. The ACM Specialist acts as the bridge between technical deployment and end-user experience, designing and executing comprehensive change management strategies that include stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training programs, and adoption monitoring. By leveraging proven methodologies such as Prosci®/ADKAR, the ACM Specialist ensures that employees understand, embrace, and sustain new technologies—ultimately driving productivity and ROI for clients.
