Find on LinkedIn ↗The Database Manager leads the team responsible for designing, building, and operating the database architecture that powers Intelerad's medical imaging solutions. This role owns the database strategy and standards behind our PACS, RIS, and enterprise imaging platforms, ensuring the systems that store and serve healthcare data remain scalable, secure, and highly available. Beyond technical direction, this role builds and develops a high-performing team of database engineers and architects — hiring, coaching, and setting clear goals that connect individual growth to team and business outcomes. The Database Manager partners closely with software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and product leadership to align database strategy with product roadmaps, and represents database considerations in decisions that affect system reliability and patient care.
