Commercial Architect

We are seeking a professional and experienced Architect based in the Philippines to join our team remotely and take the lead in designing and delivering high-quality commercial buildings. • Lead the design and development of commercial buildings at least 5 or 6 levels high.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders remotely to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Present architectural designs to clients and stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering commercial buildings at least 5 or 6 levels high.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in commercial architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience with other architectural software such as Revit, SketchUp, etc.
