Reporting to the Senior Manager, Ad Operations, the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Coordinator will support the execution and optimization of digital experiences across our web and app platforms. This role will work closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, CRM and Promo teams to identify opportunities that improve customer journeys and drive measurable business impact.
As part of the CRO team, you'll help coordinate A/B testing initiatives, analyze customer behavior, monitor experiment performance, and ensure optimization efforts are executed efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytics or optimization career who enjoys combining data with customer experience to solve business problems.
Success in this role means using data, experimentation, and customer insights to continuously improve digital experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of A/B testing and experimentation initiatives across web and mobile experiences.
Monitor experiment timelines, QA test launches, and communicate status updates across cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage mobile and web measurement and attribution to support A/B tests, leveraging SKAdNetwork (SKAN), attribution frameworks, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava, Adjust, GA4 or similar MMP platforms to ensure accurate performance tracking and measurement.
Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, experiment results, and campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Build recurring reports and dashboards to monitor test performance, conversion metrics, and optimization opportunities.
Coordinate ASO activities, including app store listing updates, creative asset management, keyword monitoring, and performance reporting to support conversion rate optimization.
Partner with Product, CRM, Engineering, Martech and Analytics teams to ensure successful implementation of optimization initiatives.
Validate tracking, tagging, and experiment setup to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
Document experiment hypotheses, learnings, and best practices to build organizational knowledge.
Support prioritization of the CRO testing roadmap based on customer insights, business goals, and data.
Assist in identifying friction points throughout the customer journey and recommend improvements.
Stay current on CRO methodologies, experimentation best practices, analytics tools, and emerging digital trends.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to ensure landing pages, promotional experiences, and customer journeys are optimized for conversion and aligned with campaign objectives.
Monitor key conversion metrics and proactively flag performance trends, anomalies, or testing opportunities to stakeholders.
Support the development of test hypotheses by combining customer insights, analytics, business goals, and user behavior data.
Conduct competitive research and benchmark digital experiences to identify new optimization ideas and industry best practices.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
