We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive who embodies empathy, excellent communication, and a strong desire to help customers succeed. What you will do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and product guidance

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams

• Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams

• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools

• Provide proactive support to drive customer success and satisfaction

• Strong communication skills in English & Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Hindi.

• Open to entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn

• Basic tech proficiency and eagerness to learn new tools

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers welcome)
