With 12,000 colleagues, 30,000 couriers and drivers, 8,000 vehicles, and a nationwide network of hubs, depots and fulfilment centres, we combine over 50 years of expertise with the scale and flexibility to support everyone from casual senders to SMEs and major retailers. Driven by our friendly, ambitious and diverse people, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and offer exciting opportunities across the Evri Group.

Data Protection Administrator At Evri, protecting personal data and maintaining the trust of our customers, clients and colleagues is an important part of how we operate. We’re looking for a Data Protection Administrator to join our Data Protection team, supporting the day-to-day activities that help Evri maintain strong data protection controls and comply with UK GDPR and other applicable privacy legislation. If you’re highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy managing compliance-driven processes, working with data and engaging with stakeholders across a business, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do

  • Manage and support the end-to-end Individual Rights Request process
  • Ensure requests are handled accurately and within statutory timescales
  • Obtain, review and prepare personal data for disclosure to data subjects
  • Monitor the Data Protection inbox and ensure queries and requests are logged, tracked and progressed
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date central log of Individual Rights Requests in line with ICO requirements
  • Document, review and maintain data protection operational procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and introduce automation
  • Escalate complex or high-risk privacy queries to the Data Protection team
  • Support ongoing data protection awareness and knowledge across the business

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with UK GDPR and other relevant data protection legislation
  • Experience handling or supporting Individual Rights Requests or similar compliance-driven processes
  • The ability to interpret and work confidently with diverse and large data sets
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
  • Confidence communicating and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • A recognised data protection or privacy qualification, such as CIPP/E, CIPM or BCS, would be advantageous but is not essential

Why Evri? This is an opportunity to play an important role in protecting personal data at one of the UK’s largest logistics networks. You’ll join a collaborative team where you’ll help maintain strong privacy controls, improve operational processes and support data protection compliance across the business. Ready to help protect personal data and maintain trust at Evri? Apply today.
