Position: Finance Administrative Assistant

Primary objective is taking care that all payments received on the client's bank accounts are accounted for. However, it will be a finance team with rotating tasks. This role will be reporting to the Finance Lead Valencia.

• Download bank statements, upload them into our accounting system Netsuite and ensure all the transactions are correctly booked

• Download all received payment batches from Adyen and Paypal and upload them into our accounting system (Netsuite)

• Match the customer deposits with the open items

• Assist with the Purchase Order matching process

• Perform ad hoc tasks from the onshore team/ clients

• Process the incoming invoices from suppliers;

• Perform credit card matching;

• Handling Finance tickets (questions) via Dixa;

• Supporting the Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable colleague;

• Assisting in various Finance projects.
