Job Description (JD)for a - Full Stack Lead Engineer (React - Next.js)

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer (ReactJS / Next.JS)with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and strong experience in ReactJS and NextJS. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building responsive, high-performance web applications and collaborating with backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Lead the Development team and architectural discussion.
• Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using ReactJS and NextJS
• Build reusable UI components using TypeScript and TailwindCSS
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets
• Collaborate with backend teams using Node.js / NestJS APIs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
• Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues efficiently
• Integrate APIs and manage state effectively
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements and performance tuning

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS
• Experience with TailwindCSS or similar CSS frameworks
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture

• Experience with WebSockets for real-time communication
• Strong experience in API integration (REST/GraphQL)

• Working knowledge of:
  • Node.js
  • NestJS
  • PHP-Larawel
  • AWS

• Basic to intermediate understanding of:
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in Agile environments
• Attention to detail and UI/UX sensitivity

• Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) using NextJS
• Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with performance optimization techniques

• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable front-end code
• Ensure performance optimization and seamless user experience
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
