Replenit is an AI Decision Engine for retail and e-commerce. We make 1:1 autonomous decisions across the whole customer lifecycle: replenishment, cross-sell, churn, winback, engagement and promotions. Brands like Estee Lauder, Beko, L'Occitane, Mumzworld and eBeBek use us across Europe, Turkey and the Middle East. We're headquartered in Warsaw.

This is a general application, not an open position.

We only open a seat when the work needs a person, not just more automation. So we don't hire often, and we're careful when we do.

We call our hiring bar IYI. "İyi" means good in Turkish, and we look for people who are good at what they do and good as people. You need both.
