AlphaGov is engaging a Harbor Management & Coastal Planning Consultant for current municipal work. A Connecticut city is updating its harbor management plan.

We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.

• Inventory harbor uses, moorings, facilities, and navigation areas
• Prepare harbor management plan updates consistent with state coastal statutes
• Facilitate harbor commission and stakeholder engagement
• Recommend policies on access, resilience, and water-dependent uses
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

• At least 5 years of professional experience in harbor, waterfront, or coastal planning
• Experience preparing harbor management or coastal plans
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant

• Connecticut Harbor Management Act / CT DEEP experience
