For this role, we look for dedicated individuals with high-quality expertise and a passion for language services. You will manage all Localization and Writing Services projects to a range of global clients, ensuring excellent customer service, ongoing client satisfaction and supporting Global Lingo in maximizing share of wallet.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have both excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are able to work independently and manage clients' expectations for all projects. You will ensure that quality, delivery and budget requirements are met and exceeded, i.e. not just ensure margin, delivery on time and quality, but strive to improve costs efficiency. You will make sure that clients are kept fully informed as to the progress, position and financial status of their projects. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure good communication across team members and quality service.

Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with strong client-facing skills who can manage strategic accounts across marketing, e-commerce, and localization projects. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, handling high-profile clients, and building long-term relationships while ensuring excellent project delivery.

• Manage a portfolio of clients across marketing, e-commerce, transcription, minute-taking, and localization projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication.
• Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating internal teams and external resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and high-level clients.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Support team members in project management and delivery activities.
• Work closely with Resourcing and Quality Assurance on recruitment and onboarding of resources.
• Seek regular client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
• Meet profitability targets and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and revenue growth.
• Achieve organizational goals while upholding standards and best practices.

• Successfully manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Show a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and continuously seek improvements.
• Use Microsoft Office, CAT tools, and relevant business applications effectively.
