  • 5+ years of experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Unified Functional Testing (UFT) to support comprehensive software testing and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Expertise in formal software testing methodologies for complex, enterprise-level applications, including test planning, execution, defect management, and quality assurance.
  • Extensive experience testing software applications, identifying, analyzing, and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with developers, business stakeholders, and end users to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Proficient with multiple defect tracking and test management tools, including Rational and Mercury, for defect reporting, tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Experienced in developing and maintaining comprehensive software quality documentation, including requirements specifications, test plans, test cases, test scripts, test procedures, and detailed test execution and results reports.
