Working Hours: US working hours (3pm–11pm / 4pm–12am SAST)

We are looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy administrator to join our team as an Admin Recruiter. No previous recruitment experience is required. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large volumes of information, and confident communicating with people.

• Review and manage lists of hundreds of potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability and availability.
• Match suitable candidates with appropriate healthcare facilities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking systems.
• Coordinate communication and follow-ups with candidates and facilities.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of candidates.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Previous recruitment experience is not required. Training will be provided.
