Sales Development Representative

NeoWork is hiring Sales Development Representatives to build pipeline for U.S. clients across SaaS, AI, healthcare, and B2B services. You will prospect, qualify, and book meetings for sales teams through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Run high-volume outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify them on need, budget, timeline, and authority
  • Book discovery calls and demos for account executives
  • Handle common objections and keep conversations moving forward
  • Log all activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) the same day
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for activity, meetings booked, and pipeline created

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or inside sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a confident phone presence
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable working in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours
  • Based in the Philippines, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection

• Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Apollo, or Salesloft
