SAP Proyect Director

Lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, focusing on S/4HANA and Cleancore, ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment with business objectives, and flawless execution in multicultural and complex environments. This role requires a combination of visionary leadership, deep technical expertise, and proven experience in more than 10 successful SAP implementations.

• Over 10 years of experience in SAP projects, including at least 5 S/4HANA implementations, including 2+ S4HANA Greenfield successful implementations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 60+ people in global environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with multiple project managers in charge at the same time.Proficiency in SAP methodologies such as Activate, ASAP, and agile approaches (Agile PODs).
• Expertise in Cleancore: designing and executing strategies to minimize customizations and maximize extensibility.Advanced risk management: proactive identification, mitigation plans, and contingency planning.

• Design and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies, covering communication, training, and cultural adoption.
• Business process alignment with new digital capabilities, ensuring transformation beyond the system.

• Integration of SAP S/4HANA with complementary digital applications, both custom-built and pre-existing (CRM, e-commerce, IoT, analytics).
• Enablement of connected ecosystems through API Management, Event Mesh, and ABAP Cloud.

• Definition and tracking of operational, financial, and adoption KPIs, supported by executive dashboards and automated reporting.
