Senior Developer/Tech Lead (AI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy end-to-end AI-driven product features.

• Design and build intuitive user interfaces through code.

• Make user-centred technical and aesthetic decisions.

• Work with product and project managers to plan roadmaps.

• Work independently or collaboratively as needed.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong programming skills in TypeScript and Python for AI development.

• Proficiency in AI development tools such as Cursor, Vercel, n8n, etc. AI-powered agents. You have experienced its strengths and weaknesses.

• Deep understanding of infrastructure at scale.

• Solid engineering fundamentals with architectural thinking.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• You must be based in Australia.

• Execution-focused and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

• Independent and entrepreneurial; you may have led technical teams.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making proactive decisions.

• Passionate about AI experimentation and practical implementation.
