- Lead internal program communications, manage applicant inquiries, and maintain partnerships with verification providers.
- Develop ways to evaluate, track, and report on progress against program objectives and GitLab's broader social impact goals.
- Assist nonprofit and university community members with product implementation and connect applicants to appropriate support resources.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to grow program membership and improve renewal rates.
- Create resources that help GitLab team members and the wider community advocate for each program, and collaborate with program members on case studies, webinars, blog posts, and spotlights showcasing their achievements with GitLab.
- Track industry trends, conduct benchmarking, and establish best practices for social impact and community initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing corporate social responsibility, social impact, community advocacy, or related programs.
- Experience managing in-kind donation programs.
- An analytical, data-driven approach to building community programs.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messages.
- Organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience initiating and leading projects across internal and external stakeholders through cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical acumen, including the ability to use GitLab and address technical requests.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
