Position: Website Designer (Dental Websites)

As a Website Designer (Dental Websites), you will:

Design high-converting dental practice websites using an internal design system.

Deliver dev-ready Figma files featuring clean structures, naming, and reusable components.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation.

Apply design feedback quickly and accurately to maintain project timelines.

Maintain and expand the internal dental design system to optimize future initiatives.

• 3+ years of professional website design experience.
• 2+ years of advanced Figma experience (including Components, Variables, and Auto Layout).
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused layouts, trust signals, and responsive design.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) and availability to work US Eastern Time (ET) hours.
• Portfolio featuring at least 3 real client websites.

• Prior experience designing for dental, medical, or local service businesses.
• Experience designing within technical and CMS-driven constraints.
• Understanding of patient decision-making journeys, especially regarding dental implants.
