Find on LinkedIn ↗About the Role: AssetWorks builds the fleet and asset management software that cities, counties, and state and federal agencies use to keep their vehicles and equipment running. As a Development Manager, you’ll lead a team of 5–8 engineers modernizing a mature, business-critical product on a current Angular and .NET stack – and you’ll do it AI-first. Today more than 80% of our code is generated by AI through spec-driven development with Claude and GitHub Copilot. Your job is to take that further: lead the team toward an agent-driven workflow where specs become working, tested features, and prove the results. You’ll own the team’s people, delivery and health, stay hands-on with design and code reviews, and report to the Director of Engineering.
