Find on LinkedIn ↗Truehold is seeking a results-driven Human Resources Generalist to support our Real Estate Group. This includes Acquisitions, Renovations & Turns, and Transaction Management teams. The HR Generalist will be responsible for identifying and addressing HR-related challenges, developing solutions and processes to drive organizational success, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a dedicated HR professional with first-hand experience across the entire employee lifecycle and has worked in a remote, distributed environment. The HR Generalist will report to the Director of Talent and work closely with the People Ops Consultant, Real Estate Executive Team, and People Managers. This is a remote position.
