Role overview
Academic Counsellors for ROW (Rest of World) markets play a pivotal role in engaging international parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video, understanding their child's needs, showcasing program USPs (like champion teachers), and driving enrolments through consultative sales to meet weekly targets
Key Responsibilities

• Connect with ROW-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.
• Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
• Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.
• Maintain follow-up rigour using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with ROW parents.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales role.
• Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
