• Develop and optimize direct marketing campaigns across email, in-app, and SMS channels.
• Implement customer segmentation strategies to create personalized marketing initiatives for distinct audience groups.
• Develop effective and targeted written content in English for the Product Communication team.
• Stay informed on direct marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with the Design team to ensure consistency across all communications.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Support company growth initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.

• 2+ years experience in direct marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for selling ideas through creative and innovative storytelling – writing samples are required.
• Experience in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies.

• Gross salary starting point from 3000 EUR/month based on experience.
