Payment Analyst (Remote / Montenegro based)

The Payments Analyst will be a key member of the Payments team, responsible for managing day-to-day payment queries from clients and colleagues, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with the R&P Product team on various projects. This role also involves maintaining strong and effective working relationships with current and future service providers across the group.

• Monitor PSP balances daily to ensure sufficient funds for processing.

• Perform analysis on various metrics across multiple payment solutions.

• Conduct daily transactional reconciliations.

• Manage settlements for PSPs that do not support automated settlement processes.

• Execute requested refunds using back-office applications.

• Liaise with payment vendors for account openings, onboarding, updates and compliance-related requests.

• Support the Product team with new implementations, system updates, and ongoing projects.

• Handle internal and external payment-related queries.

• Collect monthly fees, perform invoice reconciliation, and prepare reports.

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably working with online payment solutions or within the Forex industry.

• Excellent command of English.

• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
