People Manager

Schedule: 4-day week, 35 hours a week

You'll be joining at a point where strong foundations already exist, but there's plenty of opportunity to build on them.

This role gives you proper ownership of the people function. You'll have the freedom to introduce new initiatives, evolve existing programmes and help shape the employee experience at Reboot.
