Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager with strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in IT and cybersecurity. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a variety of technical projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support across all active technical projects
• Ensure clients receive timely and effective support
• Resolve escalated customer issues independently
• Organize and manage project components, reporting progress to the Technical Director
• Review project proposals and plans to develop clear objectives
• Define project responsibilities and assign resources accordingly
• Analyse product design and customer requirements to determine specifications and prepare cost estimates
• Design and conduct tests to validate product performance
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities and resolving issues
• Monitor and control project plans, recommending adjustments as needed
• Manage project budgets and contractor agreements
• Prepare and present project status reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals
• Ensure timely reporting of project issues to minimize delays
• Track and monitor project tasks, negotiating with clients when necessary
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Support professional services targets and contribute to overall team success
• Work closely with the commercial team to facilitate project closure

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management
• Degree or certification in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Strong initiative, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Customer-focused and action-oriented mindset
• Experience managing small to mid-sized IT solution projects
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts
• Preferred certifications: CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master
• Technical certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft CCSE, ITIL v3 are advantageous
