You have a very good sense for business, great enjoyment in working with our guests and are a communication talent? We look forward to welcoming you to our team as Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d).

• You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and build and expand the best rapport with our guests
• You have the best overview of the Corporate & MICE segments and also win new deals
• You develop creative sales strategies and actively increase business volume; you keep the market in view at all times and recognise new opportunities in good time
• You organise your daily schedule independently and stick to agreements, even with a full calendar and inbox
• You organise hotel tours, FamTrips, customer events and regular call campaigns; personal follow-ups are important to you
• You keep track when all guests call at once and every line is glowing
• You work closely with our international sales team of the other hotels as well as our Head of Sales

• You already have professional experience in a similar sales role and speak good English
• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson
• You are a doer – and openly admit when you have made a mistake
• You bring not only your skills but also your character

• Work as a full-time team member only 4 days a week with full salary compensation and unchanged holiday entitlement
