Senior SAP Logistics Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Schedule: 4-day week, 32 hours a week

Your Tasks

• You take full ownership of the entire sales cycle – from first contact to the signed deal.
• You actively identify and develop new customer potential – from independent lead generation through building sustainable relationships to qualified opportunities.
• You quickly analyze complex customer requirements and translate them into solutions that create real added value.
• You actively manage your own pipeline and always know where your deals stand.
• In negotiations at decision-maker level, you bring structure, clarity and persuasiveness.
• At trade fairs, events and in webinars, you represent Flexus AG, make valuable contacts and continuously expand our network in the SAP community.
• Not just executing, but thinking ahead: your ideas actively shape our sales strategy.

Your Profile

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales of software or project solutions in the logistics and SAP environment.
• For you, sales means ownership: you work independently, recognize opportunities early and pursue them consistently.
• With your confident manner, you communicate and negotiate on equal footing with decision-makers in German and English, both remotely and on site with customers and at events.
• You want to grow, take on responsibility and actively contribute to the company's growth.
