This role focuses on troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, escalation coordination, customer or user support, and maintaining strong service responsiveness. You will work with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve problems efficiently and improve the overall support experience. This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, service-oriented, and comfortable handling a mix of functional and technical support scenarios.
