Position: Technical Support Representative
Location: Harton Corporate Center, Paranaque City
Work setup & shift: Work From Home | Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• They would handle incoming customer support by phone, and e-mail using our ticket tracking system (salesforce) guiding the client through corrective steps and/or training.
• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
• Guiding customers to understand software while diagnosing technical software issues.
• Implementing new customers on onboarding workflow via appointments (for when they move up levels)
• Manage new client onboarding groundwork in preparation for initial setup consultation.
• Manage ticketing & respond to client questions.
• Coordinate client communication
• Develop specialized expertise on all products, services, and internal tools/systems.
• Communicating with the team, supervisors and internal stakeholders
• Ongoing Training & Individual Development Plans
• Answer sales phone calls and guide them to schedule an appointment with salesman

Qualifications:

• No specific experience required and Open to fresh grads
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal English
• Flexible working hours
• Experience handling escalated concern
• Ability to Think outside of the box and provide creative solutions
