Lumikha Teams is seeking a technical and meticulous Data Manager to oversee the data pipeline for our B2B and B2C outreach campaigns. This is a hands-on keyboard role for an expert who understands how to pull, manage, and analyze large datasets to fuel our growth.

We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated professional who takes deep pride in their work and possesses an intense curiosity for data systems. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the data engine that our sales and marketing teams run on. This role is ideal for a specialist who excels at leveraging modern tools, such as Clay, to develop efficient and scalable data workflows.

• Design, build, and maintain robust data workflows for B2B and B2C prospect list generation.
• Utilize modern data enrichment and prospecting tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo.io, etc.) to pull, clean, and segment large datasets.
• Take full ownership of data hygiene and integrity within our CRM and outreach platforms.
• Create and manage complex data "waterfalls" and automation sequences to enrich and qualify leads.
• Analyze data to identify trends, improve audience targeting, and optimize the performance of our outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to understand their data requirements and deliver high-quality, actionable lists.
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and continuously improve our data management processes.

As a mid-level specialist, you are a hands-on operator who excels at working independently in a remote environment. You are meticulous, analytical, and love building efficient systems. You don't just "pull lists"; you architect the entire data-gathering process and ensure its integrity from start to finish. You thrive on the challenge of managing complex data for both B2B and B2C outreach.

• 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Demand Generation).
• Demonstrable, hands-on experience with modern data prospecting and enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms).
• Strong proficiency in managing, cleaning, and manipulating large datasets (advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills are essential).
• Experience in building and managing data workflows for B2B and/or B2C outreach.
• Highly analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

• Direct and advanced experience using Clay.io.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with email outreach and deliverability principles.
• Basic understanding of APIs or SQL for data extraction.
